Jujutsu
What are the specific muscles used in Martial arts (Jujutsu specifically)?
In my weight training class at school, we are making our own exercise programs. I’d like to do the sport specific program and focus it on Jujutsu– I’m starting the practice next semsester 
– but I don’t know the particular muscles used. I’d think that pretty much all the muscles are used, especially legs and core, but I’m not sure… Does anybody know?

All of them. Sorry but that is what makes any martial art effective, you learn how to engage more muscles from all over the body to deliver the technique. For a simple reverse punch you are engaging not only your triceps in your arm but also chest muscles, muscles in your back and in your legs.
The whole body needs to be trained, this also helps maintain the balance of your body.
